I do not want to air my private personal life and it is not my stylebut, I feel that now I have to. I am doing this for the simple fact that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I have been talked about and made a fool by the vicious malicious people who have put my name on the internet claiming to be me. I DENY ANY ASSOCIATION WITH THE PLAYCHOSSID BLOG, THE PLAYCHOSSIDMONSEY BLOG,THE LEAH KLEIM BLOG THE LEAHKLEIMISAWHORE BLOG AND ANY OF THE LEAH KLEIM BLOGS OR CRAIGSLIST POSTINGS . I have never opend a blogger account or been involved with a blog or website of any kind with the respected acception of my buissiness web site smithkaplan.com. I have never wrote anything pro or anti Leah Kleim, the people who have used my name to write things about me and from me are dispicable I find it nauseating that there are people who have maliciously gone this route for a poor attempt at humor at my cost. I have ignored the publicity and gossip associated with my name and Leah Kleim's name in the hopes that it would sooner than later fade away, however it has not. My private life is exactly that,PRIVATE! what I do in my spare time is my priority not anyone els's. Because I am part of a frum community does not give ANYONE the right to disclose my private or personal information, the entire KAPLAN FAMILY is dedicated to finding and uncovering the culprit who is behind this calculated scheme to tear me apart . Let this also serve notice on those involved in the corrupt distribution of phoney blogs and e mails on my part that should they continue to do so in my name I will pursue any legal or criminal action available to me. Again, anyone using my name will be dealt with in a ruthless yet legal manner. That is a promise! I have stood in the sidelines quietly for far too long and watched my innocent name and reputation get thrown under the bus repeatadly for far too long now. My personal life and the KAPLAN FAMILY'S life are that exactly.........MINE ! no one in Monsey or Brooklyn or any other corner of Gods given earth has any right to pry into our life. The vidio's and pictures of me and Leah Kleim were stolen and posted without mine or Leah's consent, humans make mistakes, it is in our nature we cant help that.....I am paying for my mistakes and trust me Leah is paying for hers to, but that is not anyone els's buissiness or concern. I never proclaimed to be a Tzadik, and trust me, Leah is no Rebbetzin either. The Pirkey Avos qoutes Rav Yona and states the age old question of why the wicked prosper ,while the righteous suffer, it is beyond our understanding, but we know that Hashem has good reason for allowing both, we with limited intelligence and view of only minute parts of the total flow of life, cannot fathom them.Rashi says the righteous are freed of there sins here in olam haze so that they will recieve only reward in Olam haboh.The malicious people behind the Loshon Haroh and use of my name will meet there maker and have to stand before the Aybishter and face there Yom Hadin where the ultimate justice will be served, but untill then I will protect my name and the entire KAPLAN FAMILY with any LEGAL rights allowed to me by the United States Constitution and our current Government laws.The purpose of this is to give fair warning to the parties involved in the internet abuse of power and missuse of my name and warn them to stop what they are doing and move on from the Neil Kaplan Leah Kleim topic and leave it to me and Leah to deal with. The punishment will fit the crime.The Mishnnah states in Pirkei Avos,any argument that is made for the sake of heaven shall last, but if the argument has selfish motivation it will not last. The mishna also uses Hillel and Shamai as an example of choshuve opponents stating, there arguments will last forever. And Korach and his followers are cited as examples of the ones who's debates stemmed from egotistical motivations, and the Mishnah also then says," Those types of disputes are doomed to fail" I am sure that my name and the entire KAPLAN FAMILY'S name will be cleared, and the criminals behind this harsh and brutal attack on my family and I will end with justice being served.
